    SWANTON -- William Ort, 82, Swanton, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, at Fulton Manor, Wauseon.

    He was born Jan. 23, 1925, in Fulton County, the son of Israel and Ella (Beady) Ort. He married Arlene Johnson, who died in 2001. He then married Florence Ward, who survives. He was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God in Toledo and prior to his retirement, he was a maintenance man for various local factories.

    Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Delta Assembly of God Church with Rev. Chad Gilligan officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon.
